• Aluminium Tooling – RP Technologies is the UK’s leading manufacturer of complex aluminium injection mould tooling to support prototype, pre-production, and production volumes of plastic injection moulded components. Through precision engineering, and utilising some of the most skilled toolmakers in the industry, we provide fast turnaround of mould tooling for low-medium volume production from our UK manufacturing facility in the West Midlands.
• Plastic Injection Moulding – We provide plastic injection moulded components in any production intent polymer to support prototype, pre-production, and production volumes. We produce high quality, repeatable moulded components which are ideal for product designers in the market testing and prototyping stage, and for customers engaged in full scale production. Our ‘Partners Not Suppliers’ ethos allows us to build fantastic working relationships with our customers, so that they are always kept informed and up to speed.
• CNC Machining – RP Technologies also manufactures CNC machined components in most metals and polymers. We have state-of-the-art machining centres and a team of vastly experienced, specialist CAM Engineers. We machine complex shapes from as little as one part, and we work to incredibly tight tolerances, with all our work being fully supported by ISIR assessments and stringent quality testing.
• RP Rapid – Launched in 2022, RP Rapid is a fast turnaround service which supplies aluminium tooling and plastic injection moulded parts in as little as 7 business days. Our Rapid service has already become incredibly popular and is perfect for rapid prototyping or low-medium volume production, where components can be put through rigorous testing and development.
• Quality & Accreditation – We have a dedicated team of Quality Engineers who take a proactive, hands-on role in each project from start to finish. We work to ISO 9001:2015 standards, with full CMM capability. Our dimensional reports are conducted using state-of-the-art machinery and equipment. We continue to make strong and committed investment in our Quality Department, adding cutting edge technology, improving physical resource, and recruiting new Quality Engineers.
