Lens Edging
Using cutting-edge MEI Lens Edging technology, we precisely edge sunglass plano lenses. Our high-capacity facility, equipped with three MEI machines, produces 4,000+ pairs daily.

We support 3D drawings, DXF files, and other formats to ensure top-quality results. Our skilled specialists are ready to assist—contact our sales team for a quote.

Sunglass Assembly
We provide full sunglass assembly, from lens insertion to hinge and rivet attachment. Our high-volume mounting capabilities cover plastic zyle, metal, groove, three-piece mounts, and 8-base wrap sports frames.

Digital Lab / Sports Rx
Our in-house Digital Free Form Processing System produces high-base lenses for sports frames. Using the MEI 641 edger, we cut lenses with hooks, vents, notches, step/shelf bevels, and other complex shapes.

Additional services include mirror coatings and custom tints to match your sun lens frame line.

Pick & Pack Services
We adapt our operations to fit your needs, offering kitting, assembly, pick & pack, and order fulfillment. Our expert kitting service ensures fast turnaround for standard, rush, and custom orders.
