• Dyeing

• Weaving
  • Berto has 48 highly energy efficient looms which, for the same number of meters of fabric, ensure significant energy savings and a reduction of 81 tonnes of CO2 per year. The company also installed a high-efficiency air conditioning unit which led to a halving of electricity and water consumption. The numbers prove it: 5000 m3 of water and 475,200 kilowatt hours saved every year, with a consequent reduction of 252 tons of CO2. The replacement of all the light fixtures with LED lighting systems also proved to be very important in terms of results: the lower energy consumption in fact leads to a reduction of 98 tons of CO2 per year.
