- Production Ready Nylon Parts: Specializing in small batch production of high-end parts using Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) technology.
Materials:
- PLA: Made from renewable resources, biodegradable, produces strong prints, withstands temperatures up to 55°C. Available in various finishes, including real wood fiber and translucent.
- PETG: Chemical and impact resistant, durable, less brittle than PLA, can handle temperatures above 80°C, and withstands UV light. Available in many colors, including translucent, glow-in-the-dark, and fluorescent.
- Flexible TPU: A thermoplastic polyurethane offering flexibility and a soft feel, suitable for drone parts, camera mounts, and objects requiring elastic deformation.
SLS Nylon 3D Printing:
- Utilizes a Formlabs Fuse 1+ SLS 3D printer.
- Print volumes up to 165x165x300mm.
- Produces strong, durable parts in Nylon 12 GF.
- Ensures high precision and uniform mechanical properties, making parts ideal for rigorous functional testing or ready-to-use replacement parts and products.
