- RAM PUNCHING – Ram punching allows for the precise cutting of paper into a solid shape. We are experts in high volume runs of personalised loyalty cards for mass mailings, keeping the cards in sequence.
- HOT FOILING – Hot foiling is the application of a pigment or metallic foil using heat and pressure to bond it to a range of substrates. We use foiling extensively for luxury stationery and presentation packaging.
- EMBOSSING & DEBOSSING – If you are after a subtle finish to your project then embossing or debossing is ideal. This raises or depresses paper stock making your print work highly tactile, great for a range of projects.
- LUXURY PLAYING CARDS – We’re renowned specialists in producing luxury playing cards and offer a complete service from design of the cards – both faces and backs – through to production and packaging.
- EDGE GILDING – Applying foil to the edges of your print work gives a mirrored effect that looks sumptuous and highly desirable. This eye-catching finish is synonymous with luxury.
We offer an in-house design service, which gives our clients full flexibility in achieving their project goals. We can be involved as little or as much as you require. Our services range from simply checking and preparing your artwork for print through to concept design, development and completion. For bespoke box design, we can create realistic visuals that allow you to explore the options available to you and we will provide you with visuals that give a realistic impression of what your final custom packaging will look like.
