Exceed Lab is an innovative start-up specialising in rapid prototyping, mechanical design, FEM simulation and R&D. We put our know-how and technology at the disposal of clients in need of engineering support, whether to develop new designs or to optimise existing ones.
We offer:
- 3D Printing
We create prototypes, small lots or functional components for all printable materials (PLA PETG, ABS, etc.). Rapid prototyping provides critical support in the design phase, as it aids in avoiding errors and waste in pre-production. - FEM Simulation
We perform FEM simulations with CAE Ansys for structural, fluid dynamic and electromagnetic analyses. - Mechanical Design
Our technical office is at your disposal for creating your machinery. We have SolidWorks and Ansys licenses, which provide support for modelling and dimensioning. - Research and Development
We are developing new production and product technologies to make the former more efficient and the latter more eco-sustainable. Our expertise ranges from biomedicine to automation: at present, we are working on rendering our machines more efficient and on creating next-generation biocompatible materials.
Based on your needs, we will guide you in choosing the most suitable 3D printing technology, whether prototypes, equipment or mini-series.
We will support you in the engineering of the component with a view to putting it into production: the objectives are to make it feasible and economically sustainable, guaranteeing maximum performance. We will design your machines by making our know-how, software and technologies available. We will optimize your products and together we will look for efficient, safe and state-of-the-art solutions.
